Community Recovery Outreach

Hurricane Milton Response; Community Recovery Outreach event!  Organizations are coming together to connect residents to resources in one location. Join us at the RP Funding Center in the Lake Hollingsworth Room on Saturday, November 23, from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. FEMA assistance, food, toiletry kits and other resources are available while supplies last.  Hosted by United Way of Central Florida in partnership with City of Lakeland, Combee Connection, The Freedom Tour, GiveWell Community Foundation, Polk County Emergency Management, Polk County Governement and Polk Vision.  Organizations on site: Central Florida Health Care, Community Wellness Navigators, FEMA, Florida Department of Health, The Freedom Tour, Polk Vision and Success By 6.
