 Since 2001,  Howe Q. Wallace has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of PalletOne,Inc., a UFP Industrial company, which is the nation’s largest, single-source, asset-based pallet manufacturer, with over 70 company-owned wood packaging and pallet manufacturing operations across the U.S. 

Before  PalletOne, Mr. Wallace was Executive Vice President of Human Resources of IFCO Systems, NV.   Mr. Wallace began his career in the industry when he joined Ridge Pallets in1983.
