About the CRA:
The Bartow Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is a City of Bartow agency formed in 1990 to combat blight and encourage property redevelopment within a specific district. Utilizing Tax Increment Financing (TIF), the CRA reinvests new property tax revenue generated within its boundaries to improve infrastructure, attract investment, and offer incentives for revitalization projects, ultimately aiming to enhance the economic health and quality of life in the designated area.
