Paula Edwards, Orlando, to perform Cathay Williams, the only female Buffalo Soldier. Five citizens will be honored. Speakers: Bishop/Attorney Joel Brown and Pastor Tiffanie Brown with Faith Celebration Church, Liturgy dance, and songs. Scholarships will be provided. Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority members of two Polk County Chapters to receive Chicago Artist Barbara Guilbeaux's AKA Harlem Renaissance Lady painting. Electric Vehicles (EVs) car show. The Beard & Mustache Contest. Free hot meal by Rose Height Elk Lodge #317. Grocery Give Away lottery, a programmable smart thermostat raffle, and Lakeland Electric will provide “ goodie bags” Open to the public. Donation: One box of cereal per person.
