About Us

The Bartow Art Guild was established in 1959 and is a non profit organization of artists and artisans.

Our talented members cover all aspects of visual arts, watercolor, oil, acrylic, sculpture, pottery, polymer clay, graphic design and photography.  Our active year runs from September to May.

A Monthly Artist Showcase features a guest artist each month at our member meetings.  Wonderful artists from Central Floirida share their work and inspiration with attendees.  These Showcase meetings are the 3rd Monday of September, October and November, February and March.

The big event each year is the Bartow Bloomin Arts Festival held on the first weekend of March in Downtown Bartow.  Artists and vendors from all over the Southeast and beyond have returned year after year for this wonderful event which also features a classic car show, flower show and quilt show.  Volunteers from many businesses and organizations in Bartow work hard all year long to plan and hold the festival and it has become a cornerstone of the City's yearly events.
