Sally Rabideau has been a designer since 1979 and has operated a full-service flower shop in Bartow since 2004. She started her way at the bottom and now owns her shop as of July 2012.
She does everything from weddings to decorating your home, any occasion. She also has silk arrangements and small gifts in her shop.
