K.C. Bouchillon is double board-certified by the Forida Bar as an expert in Business Litigation and Civil Trial, a distinction held by fewer than 100 of Florida's 100,000 attorneys. He has been practicing law for more than 25 years. K.C.'s practice focuses on all aspects of business litigation, including contract breaches, shareholder disputes, non-compete agreements, construction defects, mechanics liens, trust disputes, real estate sales and development litigation, and all manner of commercial litigation matters. K.C. also represents plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases and homeowners' insurance claims. He is a past Chairman of the 10th Judicial Circuit's Professionalism Committee and is the current President of the Willson American Inn of Court. K.C. lives in Bartow with his wife, Debra.
