We carefully review, with a prospective company, their labor requirements and how we can assist them in meeting their flexible staffing needs. Our workers are screened, drug and background tested and then we match their skills with the needs of all our client companies.
We provide orientation training specific to their job assignment and where necessary, we conduct safety classes and provide the appropriate safety equipment. Our multiple branch office locations make it possible to service our client companys’ needs from several locations, should the need arise.
We understand the urgency of increasing productivity, providing the right people (the first time), and assuring that issues of Workers’ Compensation, recruiting, screening, interviewing and proper placement are taken off your shoulders and put on OURS. As your labor requirements change, we quickly respond and seek input from you for your staffing levels, skills needed and the time allowed to recruit those special skills.
