The Greater Bartow Chamber of Commerce is holding a job fair\, giving you access to more than 80 employers throughout the Polk County area.\n\n\n\nPresented by Thunder Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.\n\n\n\n9:00 am doors will be open for Veterans only until 9:45. At 9:45 a.m. Students may come in until 10:45 a.m.\; and everyone else may come in at 10:45 a.m. Employers can arrive at 7:30/8 for set up. \nThe mission statement for the Greater Bartow Chamber of Commerce is: The Greater Bartow Chamber of Commerce will promote business and economic development for the benefit of the community.\n\nTrying to fulfill that mission\, the Chamber will present a job fair on April 16\, 2024\, at the Bartow Civic Center\, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.\n\n"There is a special need to get perspective employees and employers connected\," Virginia Condello\, executive director of the Chamber\, said. "With so many businesses needing good employees\, it was imperative that the Bartow Chamber try to help."\n\nEmployers are asked to sign up to have a booth space available. Spaces are $100\, which includes lunch for two people. All job seekers are admitted free.\n\nAny employer may sign up for a space\, not just Chamber members.\n\n\n\nDeadline to register your booth is April 11\, 2024.
