DESCRIPTION:The Recovery is a Marathon\, Not a Sprint Virtual Run in Partnership with CPS Investment Advisors will benefit Peace River Center's Recovery Services (Club Success). This virtual event is hosted during the national Mental Health Recovery month to create support and awareness around individuals walking in recovery of a mental illness. Club Success is a Peace River Center program that walks alongside individuals in their quest to recovery. Participants will track their miles and share updates to the Facebook group or on their Instagram stories throughout the month of September. Be sure to use hashtags #RecoveryRun and #PRC4Recovery. The goal is to run or walk 26.2 miles by the end of the month. Whether you complete your miles in one day or little by little\, your support and help to make others aware of Recovery Month is what matters most!
