The City of Bartow's Community Relations Committee will sponsor a joint civic club meeting on Wednesday, October 17, 2018: CELEBRATING DIVERSITY THROUGH POETRY. Six poets from Southeastern University and Polk State College will be reading their works at this multicultural city event at the Bartow Civic Center. Doors open at 11:30, the program begins at noon, and is expected to last one hour. All Civic Club members are asked to please participate in this event.
