Join the Bartow Chamber and Chapters Palliative Care as we cut the Ribbon for the new Chapters Health Palliative Care Clinic on Wednesday, February 19th at 4:45PM. Plan to stay for a tour and open house. Refreshments will be provided along with a chance at a meet and greet with palliative care specialists.

The Chapters Health Palliative Care clinic provides welcome assistance for patients with serious illnesses and/or complex diseases in an outpatient setting. Palliative care focuses on providing relief from the symptoms, pain and stress of a serious illness. The goal is to improve the quality of life for patients and their families.
