MISSION STATEMENT. Deacons and Stewards Alliance Mission: We are a group of citizens who work to provide college scholarships for deserving and under privileged high school graduates and to assist individuals, groups and community organizations in the city of Bartow and the surrounding areas.
Established in 1989.
