The Cookie Jar Bakeshop is renowned as the premier sculpted custom cake and cookie bakery in Central Florida. We specialize in wedding cakes, cake sculptures and custom cakes for any occasion. Our cakes are made to order.

As our name suggests, fresh-baked cookies are our staple but custom cakes are our specialty.  We bake with a passion. Custom cakes are baked on site from scratch using the finest-quality ingredients then decorated by cake artisans.

We can customize any flavor ideas for your taste buds. For just the right taste we infuse the perfect combination of cake, filling and frosting flavors. We artfully apply the finishing form of frostings and decorations to develop the desired texture.

We don't stop at cookies and cakes. The Cookie Jar Bakeshop offers breakfast, lunch, specialty beverages and catering at our landmark corner cafe in Bartow's historic downtown. With indoor and outdoor seating we provide the perfect setting for a casual breakfast, lunch or coffee break.
