Florida Retirement - Floral Lakes
Floral Lakes, an over 55 retirement community of 336 homes built around five lakes, is located in Bartow, Florida. Residents own their land as well as their manufactured homes, which range in price from $75,000 to $125,000. Floral Lakes is homeowner managed. There is limited access by residents and their guests. Association fees are below $100 a month and can only be raised with homeowners' approval. Located in the most hurricane sheltered part of peninsular Florida, our taxes and insurance rates are among the lowest. Bartow, the county seat, is known as the City Of Oaks And Azaleas.
