About Us
Alan Rayl has been a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida since 1991 and has also been a Registered Professional Surveyor and Mapper in Florida since 1997.
Our office provides general civil engineering and land surveying services. Our services include: Private sector land development engineering design and permitting across Central Florida, as well as public sector consulting for Polk County municipalities. Our clients include: local developers and businesses, CDD's and POA's/HOA's, National Home Builders, the cities of Mulberry and Fort Meade, as well as the Town of Dundee.
