About Us

Community Driven Foundation Inc. is a Florida-based nonprofit organization dedicated to breaking down transportation barriers so people can access the care, work, and opportunities they need to thrive. Rooted in the belief that every neighbor deserves safe, reliable, and dignified mobility, we partner with local agencies, community leaders, and compassionate drivers to make transportation more than a ride — we make it a lifeline.

Our work began with a simple observation: too many seniors, veterans, working families, students, and individuals with disabilities struggle to reach appointments, jobs, classes, and vital services. Missed opportunities create isolation and hardship. We respond by coordinating accessible, on-time rides and building programs that connect resources directly to those who need them most.

Through innovative initiatives like CareRide for medical care, WorkRide for employment, ClassRide for education, and Partner Support for social service agencies, we create a network of support that empowers independence and strengthens communities.
